  • Hug Point State Park – The state park on the north side of Arch Cape, Hug Point State Park is full of history, including the early history of the Oregon coast. Visitors can learn about the days when people actually traveled along the beach trail by stagecoach. You can even walk the trail that still exists today made by the original stagecoaches that carved it into Hug Point, aptly named for this trail that “hugs the point.”
