For the months July-September 2010 sales activity was decent, not a blockbuster quarter but all things considered not too bad. Here a quick look by the numbers:

  • Total number of homes sold: 82
  • Number of homes sold under $200,000: 36
  • Number of homes sold over $500,000: 10
  • 33% of homes sold were bank owned or foreclosure properties
  • Average days on market: 186
  • Average sales price: $277,645
